Rules

KVMT Gift Voucher – You only need to decide the amount you want to gift, and the recipient will choose the performance themselves.

• You can purchase a gift voucher at the Kaunas State Musical Theatre box office or online.
• Gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets only at the Theatre box office. When paying for tickets with a gift voucher(s), please inform the cashier in advance.
• The value of the gift voucher is freely selectable.
• The gift voucher is valid until the date indicated on it.
• Gift vouchers are valid only for performances in the Kaunas State Musical Theatre repertoire.
• A gift voucher is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry to the desired performance.
• Multiple gift vouchers can be used in a single purchase.
• If the total ticket price is less than the value of the gift voucher(s), the difference is non-refundable. The voucher cannot be used again, even if only part of its value was spent.
• If the ticket price exceeds the amount indicated on the gift voucher, you must pay the difference.
• The value of the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A gift voucher will not be replaced in case of damage, loss, or any other form of misplacement.
• If the gift voucher is not used within its validity period, it becomes invalid, its validity is not extended, and money is not refunded, except in cases of force majeure – in such cases, the Theatre may extend the voucher’s validity.
• An invoice is issued for the purchase of a gift voucher.
• No invoice is issued for tickets purchased using a gift voucher.
• If an event is canceled, tickets purchased with a gift voucher are not refunded in cash. In such cases, you will be offered tickets to other Theatre performances.
• Kaunas State Musical Theatre reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of gift voucher purchase and use.
